Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary with a background in Listed Companies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with regulations on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually basis.
- Handling SEBI matters.
- Arranging board meetings and preparing minutes of meetings.
- Dealing effectively with shareholders.
