Job Description
Unisys is seeking a Customer Support Associate who will gain familiarity with Global Field Operations concepts and assist in various routine duties. Key responsibilities include responding to client requests, creating service tickets, scheduling appointments, coordinating essential parts, and ensuring communication across teams.
Successful candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and generally less than one year of relevant experience. This role offers an opportunity to learn and enhance client satisfaction through adherence to Global Field Operations practices.
