Job Description
Medizuz Poly Clinic is seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Executive to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The successful candidate will manage correspondence, maintain records, coordinate with staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain records accurately.
- Coordinate staff schedules and support management activities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with minimum 6 months of experience. Proficient in MS Office with strong communication and organizational skills.
