Job Description

At Grand Hyatt Kochi, we are seeking an Executive Chef who will lead our Food and Beverage division in accordance with Hyatt International’s standards. You will oversee our outlets and banquets, ensuring operations run smoothly and profitably.

Ideal candidates should possess a professional diploma in Food Production and have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a large establishment. Creativity and strong operational skills are vital.
