Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud engagement.
- Hands-on experience with OTM and GTM Cloud modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integration development.
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and user training sessions.
- Resolve functional issues for support tickets during UAT.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–8 years of experience in Oracle OTM/GTM on Oracle Cloud.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes.
- Solid experience in GTM functionalities.
- Knowledge of OTM/GTM Cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication and client-interfacing skills.
