Experience: 3–6 years in electronics service preferred
We are seeking a dynamic Returns Coordinator to oversee product returns and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should possess a technical background, preferably in electronics or power tools servicing, and demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities: Manage returns flow, supervise returns supervisors, coordinate technical evaluations, and liaise with Customer Service teams to resolve return issues.
Salary: ₹17,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
