Job Description
Flosys Pumps Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Production Incharge to oversee our daily manufacturing operations in Coimbatore-Malumichampatti. The successful candidate will ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Organize production schedules, supervise staff, monitor processes, ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain quality control, and implement improvements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/MBA in Engineering or relevant fields with 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
