Job Description
Pune Spice Mill Private Limited is seeking a diligent and friendly Front Desk Representative to join our team in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra. This is a full-time, permanent position, suitable for freshers.
Responsibilities include:
- Keep the front desk clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Greet and communicate warmly with guests
- Address customer inquiries and resolve their complaints
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them as needed
- Receive and distribute letters and packages
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Sort and forward emails
- Monitor and order office supplies as required
Salary: ₹22,00.00 – ₹26,00.00 per month.
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
