Job Description
Flomic Global Logistics is seeking a dedicated Air Export Customer Services professional. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Following up with shippers, vendors, and transporters for shipment execution.
- Opening jobs in Logi-sys for MAWB preparation and invoicing.
- Coordinating space bookings with airlines based on shipment readiness.
- Preparing customs documentation and ensuring compliance.
- Sending pre-alerts and managing invoicing for profit sharing.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹20,00.00 – ₹70,00.00 per month.
Preferred qualifications include 3 years of customer service experience and proficiency in English and Hindi.
