Job Description
NS Kumbar Art is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide essential administrative support. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Manage appointments and front desk inquiries.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier service.
- Provide general administrative support.
