Job Description
Role Purpose: Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including third-party courier partners, direct courier bookings, customer complaint resolution, and shipment tracking to ensure smooth and timely deliveries to customers.
Salary Range: Rs 10,00 – 15,00
Experience Required:
- 0–2 years in logistics/courier coordination or dispatch management.
- Familiarity with courier portals.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
