Job Description

The Commis I will be responsible for performing duties in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with standard policies and procedures to maintain the highest level of service. Key responsibilities include:

• Fostering a strong team atmosphere.
• Developing product knowledge and familiarizing oneself with facilities.
• Enhancing professional skills to improve performance quality.
• Demonstrating excellent knife skills and knowledge of basic cuts.
• Preparing fish, meat, vegetables, sauces, and stocks.
• Executing grilling, pan-frying, stewing, braising, steaming, and roasting techniques.
• Maintaining optimal stock conditions and proper rotation.
• Ensuring timely preparation of fresh mise-en-place.
• Following recipes and preparing dishes in correct quantities.
