Job Description
Join Medcity Study Abroad as a Business Support Associate and play a vital role in our mission to help students achieve their global education dreams. You will be responsible for lead generation and conversion, managing databases, and ensuring seamless customer engagement.
Your daily tasks will include contacting potential students, maintaining accurate records in our CRM, and collaborating with the counselling team. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and preferably be fluent in English.
This is a full-time position based in Kannur, Kochi, Pala, or Kollam with a salary ranging from ₹12,00 to ₹20,00, alongside performance-based incentives.
