Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Sous Chef to support the culinary operations of our health-centric cloud kitchen at Cotolore Enterprises LLP. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will ensure every dish is crafted with quality, consistency, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities include healthy recipe preparation, supervising kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory, and contributing to new dish development.
Requirements: 2-5 years experience, knowledge of dietary needs, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in kitchen systems.
