Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Industrialization Shared Services Professional. In this role, you will execute support activities in shared services operations and service delivery under the guidance of Shared Service Managers. Your responsibilities will include building and packaging assets and services, mutualizing resources, and ensuring compliance with established SLAs and metrics. You will also provide ongoing support for deployed assets and services while actively supervising their performance.
