Key Responsibilities:
- Sales telecaller and payment or data maintenance.
- Contact customers, address their needs, and provide solutions.
- Manage call records and follow up on leads.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Languages: Hindi, basic English.
