Job Description
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our Kochi branch at A2Z Institute. In this role, you’ll connect with potential students, explain our training programs, and help convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain course details, fees, and benefits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two/Degree.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam & basic English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
