Job Description
Shorexpress is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, offering real-time assistance through live chat to resolve inquiries, provide product guidance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries promptly, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge. Ideal candidates should be aged between 18 to 28 years and must be freshers.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from ₹18,673.78 to ₹32,025.54 per month, with work to be conducted in person.
