Job Description
Sri Palani Murugan Traders is seeking a dedicated Collection Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with clients regarding payment of outstanding invoices and maintaining communication with the sales team.
Your responsibilities will include reconciling accounts, resolving payment disputes, and preparing aging reports. Accurate record maintenance of customer interactions is essential.
