Job Description

We are Affable Jobs, a Financial & Legal Advisory Firm located in Vyttila, Kochi, and we’re looking for a qualified Company Secretary. This is a full-time position open to both male and female candidates.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, prepare and file statutory forms, advise management on corporate governance, and support legal and financial advisory functions.

Qualifications: CS (Qualified or Finalist) with 1-3 years of experience. Freshers with strong internship experience may also be considered.

Salary: ₹50,00.00 – ₹70,00.00 per month.
