Job Description
We are Teams Abroad Pvt Ltd, seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to guide students on their study abroad journeys. The CRE will support students from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring they receive accurate information and exceptional assistance throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with students and parents to assess academic backgrounds and career aspirations.
- Provide insights on countries, universities, courses, and scholarships.
- Assist in document preparation and application procedures.
- Conduct follow-ups via calls and emails.
- Maintain records in CRM software and achieve enrollment goals.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
