Job Description
Mosaic Global Pvt Ltd. is seeking a meticulous and proactive Documentation Executive – Shipping & Delivery to manage import shipment documentation and client communication. This role ensures smooth customs clearance and timely updates to clients.
Key Responsibilities: Handle import shipment documentation, update shipment details on ICEGATE and ODEX, prepare HBL/AWB, coordinate with clients for customs documents, and maintain communication.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, 2-4 years of experience, knowledge of customs procedures, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent; Pay: ₹35,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month.
