Job Description
Tecvesten Consulting is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the contractual and financial aspects of our construction projects in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, project management, and contract administration to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities, monitoring project costs, conducting site measurements, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience are required. Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
