Job Description

- Generating invoices accurately and maintaining proficiency in our billing software.
- Ensuring that the reception and store areas are kept clean and well-organized.
- Conducting cold calls and following up with customers to guarantee their engagement and satisfaction.
- Assisting incoming patients in the admission area.
- Overseeing and ensuring the completion of all formalities related to patient admission and discharge.
- Providing detailed information regarding services and products to our customers.
