Job Description
Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited is seeking a candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience as a Service Coordinator, Technical Support Executive, Operations Executive, or Service Incharge to join our Apple Central Team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Apple Service Centre Operations.
- Prepare Purchase Orders, Claims, and Incentives.
- Review open calls daily with the Field Team.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and regional languages.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
- Service industry background with field operations experience.
- Education: Any degree/Diploma/ITI/Technical Certification.
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month with benefits.
