Job Description
Kargeen Restaurant is seeking a skilled butcher with hands-on experience in cutting and processing fish, chicken, mutton, and beef. The ideal candidate will ensure hygiene, quality, and consistency in every cut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Break down, cut, debone, and portion meats
- Ensure optimal yield and minimal wastage
- Identify meat quality and freshness
- Operate cutting equipment safely
- Maintain a clean workstation
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience required.
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹25,00 per month.
