Job Description
Kookelite is excited to announce an opening for the position of E-commerce Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining our shipping processes and ensuring timely deliveries to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print shipping labels and prepare product packages.
- Handover packages to delivery personnel/couriers.
- Track orders until delivery.
- Maintain daily stock records and update inventory.
- Coordinate with courier partners for returns or lost shipments.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹8,00 – ₹10,00 per month
