We are seeking a savvy Digital Marketing Associate with expertise in Google Ads and Meta for a DTC company focused on women. You will scale our performance initiatives to boost revenue and client acquisition.
Principal Duties:
- Oversee performance marketing on Meta and Google.
- Improve KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
- Collaborate with the creative team for ad creatives.
- Manage audience strategies, including retargeting.
