Job Description
George Infra Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Candidates must be from the Thrissur area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cold calling
- Lead Conversion
- Debtors collection plan
- Debtors follow-up, variance, and reporting
- Generating complaints reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience in any industry
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹10,00 – ₹20,00 per month, based on experience.
