Job Description
Purpose of the Job: To support the plantation management team in effective farming practices for coffee and cardamom cultivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of crops.
- Monitor crop health and manage pest control.
- Assist in training field workers.
- Conduct regular field inspections.
- Record observations and report performance data.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, 5-6 years of experience, and a strong understanding of sustainable practices.
Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per hour.
