Job Title: Email Marketing Executive
Location: Kondhwa, Pune
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Shift Timing: Morning Shift
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to own the planning, creation, and optimization of our email campaigns. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution—from segmentation and content coordination to automation and performance tracking—aimed at driving engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
- Create engaging, personalized, and high-performing email content aligned with the brand voice.
- Build and manage segmented mailing lists using CRM or marketing automation tools (like Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or Mailmodo).
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop visually appealing and responsive email templates.
- Set up automated workflows, drip campaigns, and A/B testing for optimization.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, conversion).
- Ensure all email communications comply with data protection and anti-spam regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Research new email marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Mailmodo).
- Proficiency in segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign analytics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other tracking tools.
- Understanding of lead nurturing and customer journey mapping.
- Creative mindset with strong design and storytelling sense.
