Job Description
7eventzz seeks a Client Servicing Executive to manage enquiries, coordinate decorators, and ensure smooth event decoration delivery. You will handle calls, WhatsApp and web enquiries, share packages, confirm bookings, coordinate teams, maintain lead and booking records, resolve client queries, and collect feedback. Required: strong English and Hindi communication, basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets), multitasking, patience, and coordination. Prior client service or event experience preferred; freshers with strong communication welcome. Full-time, permanent; in-person; pay ₹22,00–₹35,00/month with paid time off, performance incentives, and growth opportunities.
