Job Description
33 Holdings Global is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
- Schedule and confirm appointments accurately.
- Maintain and update patient records meticulously.
- Coordinate with teams for smooth service delivery.
- Assist with patient registrations and billing.
- Address patient inquiries and feedback promptly.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration or related fields, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
