Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (any discipline)
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Fluent in English & Hindi (No MTI/RTI)
- Confident communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries via chat and voice
- Provide accurate product information
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and escalate issues as needed
Pay: ₹23,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month

Requirements
