Job Description
Join 10x Growth Accelerator as a Customer Support Operations Specialist! This full-time, permanent position is office-based.
As a vital part of our team, you will deliver customer support and provide English to Hindi translation assistance.
Eligibility: Open to all graduates, freshers and experienced individuals. Must be proficient in reading Bengali and Hindi.
Work shifts: 9 AM – 7 PM & 9 PM – 7 AM, with five working days and rotational week offs. Note: No planned leaves allowed in the first three months.
Salary: ₹1,60,050 CTC with in-hand pay of ₹11,700.
Required documents: Education Mark Sheets, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Experience Letter.
